RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Auditor and Treasurer's office is responsible for the financial management of all city operations.

Our office is tasked with the following duties.

  • Pay all vendors and balances them with the annual budget.
  • Handle payroll for city employees.
  • Receipts in all city revenue from all sources (except the Tax Office and the Municipal Court.)
  • Balances and deposits money into the city accounts at various banks.
  • Reconcile all bank accounts at the end of each month.
  • Responsible for all investments and borrowing for various activities and equipment.
